Jordon Rose is the Founder and CEO of Innerlytic one of the leading DEI firms in the diversity, equity, and inclusion assessments space. “I’m dedicating my life to uplifting disenfranchised communities. I became an entrepreneur to create opportunities for the people I grew up with: low-income, single-parent people of color. My social enterprise, Innerlytic, mixes data analytics, social work, and therapy to equip communities with the tools to be more equitable.

With an undergraduate degree from Howard University and a graduate from Yale University, my organizational behavior career has taken me on journeys with companies like Big Brother’s Big Sister, Schneider Electric, T-Mobile, Walmart, and more. I’ve learned that the need for diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice is industry agnostic and starts at home, during dinner with your family.”
